  Week 11 April 16 - 20
Goals:

1. Be able to explain what a wave is.
2. Be able to describe waves by their amplitude, frequency, wavelength, and period.
3. Be able to describe what affects the speed of a wave.
4. Be able to describe transverse and longitudinal waves.

Activities:
Mon: Intro to waves. Try to make the fastest wave possible.Homework: Reading on waves and three questions.
Block: Go over homework and mondays results. Start wave experiment.
Thursday: Finish data collection. Homework. Graph the data. Fill in a chart about wave characteristics based on a reading.
Friday: Go over lab results and homework. Write conclusion. Short Quiz.

Notebook:
1. Wave reading 1-1
2. Three questions about reading and notes.
2. Data table
3. Graph
4. Wave reading 1-2 and table of characteristics.
5. Conclusion
