  Week 8: Oct. 31 - Nov. 4
Goals (Continued from Last Week):
1. Design, conduct, present and analyze an independent experiment about reaction rates in groups.
a. Design: show awareness of controlling variables and collecting enough of the right kind of data. Explain a reasonable hypotheisis.
b. Conduct: avoid letting carelessness or errors ruin your data.
c. Present: Organize your clearly data in tables and transform it with calculations or graphs to highlight results.
d. Analyze: Write a conclusion that is based on your data and answers your focus question.

Weekly Plans
Monday: Last class day for collecting data. Addtional data collection should be done during tutorial or after school. Most students work on writing a procedure or making their graph. Link to handouts. Homework: Finish procedure and graph.
Block day: Proofread procedure. Work on Conclusion. Homework: Finish Conclusion
Friday: Finish all unfinished sections and turn in work sample.
