Week 7: Oct. 24-28
Goals:
1. Design, conduct, present and analyze an independent experiment about reaction rates in groups.
a. Design: show awareness of controlling variables and collecting enough of the right kind of data. Explain a reasonable hypotheisis.
b. Conduct: avoid letting carelessness or errors ruin your data.
c. Present: Organize your clearly data in tables and transform it with calculations or graphs to highlight results.
d. Analyze: Write a conclusion that is based on your data and answers your focus question.
Weekly Plans
Monday: Groupwork about key aspects of good experimenting. Identify acceptable focus questions for independent experiment.
Block day: Start designing experiment and collecting data.

Friday: Last day for data collection. Most groups working on graphs and conclusions.
